Wow,so where do i start with this movie?
This movie was amazing,from the actors to keeping it somewhat real...then i figured out it wasn't really historical. that ruined it for me,but i still thoroughly enjoy this move,time era and the whole Tudor era.
The story starts out with two average girls and evolves into the tale of kingdom versus sisterly love and true love. Ann Boleyn (Natalie Portman) is out to gain King Henry's (Eric Bana) attention. Little does she know her sister, Mary Boleyn, (Scarlett Johansson) has already stolen it away.
Mary Boleyn (Johansson) becomes pregnant with the King's son. Before she can fulfill her dream of a happy life Ann (Portman) becomes perused by King Henry (Bana). She then convinces him to do something that will change the history of England forever. To Break away from rome,so He can divorce Queen Catherine of Aragon.
This movie will take you on a Rollercoster and it will leave you dumbfounded,but honestly..Don't go off of the movie. If you want the real true facts look online for "Anne Boleyn's website",this Movie makes her out to be such a evil person when that may have not been the case. Still great movie though.
